NO SHOWS
Clients that fail to show up to appointments or fail to cancel within 72 hours will be required to pay a $100 cancellation fee which will be invoiced to you via email and/ or sms.
Disclaimer: Further legal action may be taken against you if the fee is left unpaid. In addition to the amount requested, any other costs associated with obtaining the amount owing may be pursued.
Events that are beyond the control of either party may make it impossible for a client to arrive on time or cancel within a reasonable time, in this case, the client will not be charged our cancellation fee. However, the client will be expected to reschedule their appointment within 30 days of the original booking date and place a security deposit of $100 on their next appointment. If you do not wish to reschedule your appointment within 30 days, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $100 security deposit is obtained when you fail to give at least 72 hours’ notice to attend a booking.
At the time of rescheduling your booking you must move your appointment to a new date and time within 30 days of your original booking. This deposit will be used toward your appointment.
A security deposit is non-refundable, and the appointment attached to this deposit cannot be changed or cancelled, even outside of 72 hours’ notice. If you cannot attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Please be mindful and respectful that when you don't show up to your appointment it affects us as a small business.
NEW CLIENTELE
All new clientele is required to make a $100 non-refundable (or full value if under $100) deposit at the time of making your appointment, which can be made via credit card/visa debit card over the phone or in person, or by a payment booking link via email or sms, this deposit is non-refundable and can only be redeemed in services or products in salon.
DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS
All December appointments require a $100 non-refundable (or full value if under $100) deposit at the time of making your appointment, which can be made via credit card/visa debit card over the phone or in person, or by a payment booking link via email or sms, this deposit is non-refundable and can only be redeemed in services or products in salon, if the appointment is cancelled at least 7 business days prior.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling of your appointment must be done at least 72 hours prior to your booking or we will forfeit your deposit.

Cancellations are not accepted for new clients under no circumstance, the deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled and can only be redeemed into salon credit if the appointment is cancelled within 72 hours’.
